1. The Terms of Sale

If you make any purchases of products and/or services from the website you will be entering into a sales contract with Heaven’s Gate Pet Cremation Services Limited. Please read these terms of sale carefully.

1. If at any point you do not agree with these Terms of Sale then do not order from this website. Once you have made an order from this website you have made a contract with Heaven’s Gate Pet Cremation Services Limited and agree to these Terms of Sale.

2. Please note that Heaven’s Gate reserve the right to change or amend the Terms of Sale when required. Heaven’s Gate will notify any relevant parties of any changes and post the new version of the Terms of Sale on the website. Any new versions will come into effect as soon as they are published (with the exception of any unfulfilled orders placed prior to the change of terms of sale).

1. Buying Goods Form This Website

   1. When an order is placed on this website, it forms a contract between you, the buyer, and us, the provider. Once an order is placed, a receipt and confirmation is sent to the buyers email. This confirms the purchase and contract.

   2. All prices displayed on the website are correct at the time. These are displayed in Pounds Sterling. The prices can be changed, at Heaven’s Gate discretion, however the price will be honoured as it was at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

   3. If there is any time that a product is unavailable we will make every effort to remove this from the website before it is purchased. If this is not achieved, we will endeavour to inform any buyer as soon as possible and offer an alternative, a refund or the option to wait for the item to come back into stock.

   4. If you arrange a cremation through this website, a copy of the terms and conditions will be sent to your email.

   5. By purchasing goods and/or services from the website you confirm that you are 18 years old or over. If you are under 18 years old you may only use this website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

   6. “These Terms and Conditions and all transactions made under them are governed in all respects by the laws of England, and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding all disputes arising”

Terms and Conditions for Pet Cremation Services

1. When you sign the contract for Heavens Gate Pet Cremation Services Limited to perform your pet cremation service, this is a formal agreement that you agree to the terms and conditions.

2. All monies owed for the service should be paid within 24 hours of the contract being signed. If the monies have not been received, any ashes will be withheld by Heaven’s Gate Pet Cremation Services Limited until all payments have been completed.

3. Heaven’s Gate Pet Cremation Services Limited will hold any uncollected ashes for 12months. After this time we will dispose of the ashes on your behalf.

Consumer Statutory Rights

The terms of this agreement do not affect and cannot exclude any of the Purchaser’s statutory rights as a consumer.
